Waterside Leisure Park has the added benefit
of Subletting. So when you’re not using your Holiday Home, why
not sublet it?
It’s a great way to earn extra income to help offset your
running costs.
At Waterside we fully support the subletting of owner’s caravans
in the following ways:
- We will hold spare keys for you in the
Park Office and issue them, with your written permission, to
whomever you have authorised to use your holiday home.
- The park office is open from 08:30 –
17:00, 7 days a week and the staff is there to answer any
queries holiday makers may have.
- We can add you to our list of Owners
who sublet and then issue a copy on request to any interested
parties.
